Revalorisation du site occupé par le Sporting d’Hiver à Monte-Carlo pour qu’il « retrouve son rôle historique dans le développement économique, social et culturel de la ville ».
Rogers a choisi de remplacer l’édifice par plusieurs bâtiments s’inscrivant dans le cadre d’un projet d’urbanisme, à travers un programme immobilier mixte mêlant commerces, résidences haut de gamme, bureaux, espaces de loisirs et de culture.
